Traditional Bathroom Allentown, PA

A lot of planning went into a very small space in this luxurious powder room. The vessel sink is the visual center piece but the dark brown stained cherry cabinets and green granite countertops complement it perfectly.  This vanity is also a great example that overlay or frameless cabinets can be done in traditional designs as opposed to only the contemporary.  Fluted pilasters flank the curved front main sink cabinet while ornate moldings from White River Hardwood trim the top of the drawer cabinets left and right.  There is also a lot of contrasting elements in the vanity.  The simple beaded frame door contrasts with the complexity of the moldings.  Also, the dark cherry cabinets add a level of masculinity to a vanity otherwise marked by the graceful feminine curves of the cabinet front, the granite backsplash and the vessel sink itself.
